This is my second purchase on official reseller for a gift card. First order was for 10$ and this time it is 25$ card and both times the cards have been sent to me. Redeem instructions were also provided clearly and no issue was faced. One improvement is the speed of delivery can be improved as it took more than one hour for card to arrive and customer service said they are verifying and processing. Finally, they sent it.
